Optus Sport offered me a free month when I tried to cancel my monthly plan on their website (desktop) with 4 days remaining on my subscription. I’m not an Optus customer so not on their discounted plan. Possibly targeted.
Go to Optus Sport Website -> Account Settings -> Cancel Subscription. A pop-up should appear offering you a free month if you stay with them.
