Please go easy, first time posting a deal like this.
Here are the steps I took to get the PC Game Pass subscription from the Philippines for ₱175/month ~$4.53.

1. Purchase a global PC Game Pass key. Eneba
2. Change Microsoft account region to Philippines.
3. Add any payment method and set the region to Philippines, using a random Philippines address.
4. Enable VPN to the Philippines. (I’m not sure if this step is necessary but I did it just in case)
5. Go onto the PC Game Pass Philippines webpage and click the QR code beside the join button.
6. Ensure it says “Philippines” next to the account email you want the subscription on. “It’ll be added to email@email.com (Philippines)”
7. Click next and it will ask if you want to turn on recurring billing.
8. Select the payment method you added in step 3.
9. Change the account region back to Australia.
10. Enjoy.

Notes:
* You can probably find a cheaper key on other sites but I chose a more reputable site and also didn’t look around long.
* I believe this can be done the same with the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass through Turkey which would roughly be ~$13.61/month. Just follow the instructions but change Philippines to Turkey.
* The payment region lock does not apply to recurring billing so you are unable to purchase directly from a store with a different region from your payment method.
* If anyone does this and has any feedback or additional/redundant steps please comment.
