Note the billing period with Pronto is from the 1st of each month and the 6 month intro price is applied from the first full month of service.
That is, if you sign up mid-month, they prorate from that date until the end of the month without any discount and the discounted rate kicks in from the 1st of the following month.
On the plus side, my service was activated with static IP by default without any additional cost the last time I was with them (I churned away last month).
