First ever Post – Been with Spintel for 3 years and had a fairly stable experience. The worst thing about this company is trying to get through via phone. I find the best way is to press the selection for them to call you back, as they normally do so within the hour. Speeds have been good, every speed test I’ve done has been around minimum 92-95 Mbps and uploads have been on average 15-17 Mbps.
Unfortunately, as I’m an existing customer my price has gone up to $82, so I’m probably going to jump ship, but for new customers this is a pretty good deal after checking the rest of the marketplace.
I rang TPG, and they wouldn’t match the price as they have a price beat guarantee advertised. When I questioned them why they couldn’t match this deal, they advised me that they only match competitors who are on their list. I asked who was on their list, and they replied they are not able to disclose this information, I’m guessing Telstra is on your list!
