Can be used as part of the Dr Ellie’s ‘system’ which I was extremely sceptical of (as I usually am of anything alternative), but does actually seem to work (I’ve been doing it for about a year and my dentist didn’t do her usual ‘tut tut, you’re not doing this right/enough’ routine. It is a right faff though.
It does sound like quackery and she comes across as a get rich quick type, but you don’t have to buy the stuff from her. I managed to get it all from various sources, though I had to buy a different brand Xylitol gum.
It involves the gum, 3 different mouthwashes and a particular toothbrush.
