Similar to the VS01, the VS05 is a compact sealer with cutter but no roll storage that adds Pulse mode and has some more options for the vacuum strength for liquids and moist food.
It would be helpful if Inkbird provided consistent specifications across the models but since they don’t I’ll refer this comment for comparison.
