The voucher takes you to a booking website travelcredits.com “Powered by Expedia” where you will have $100 credit.
If the cost is less than $100 it looks like you can complete the booking without paying anything.
The voucher is valid for one year.
The cheapest policy I could find was for a traveler aged 12 or under going for 1 day to Fiji and increasing the excess to maximum, then the Basic plan ends up at $12.57.
