To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
• be a registered account holder with Evie’s App;
• have received this email;

• not previously had a charging session with Evie (as determined by Evie, acting reasonably); and

• comply with our Terms of Service.

If you meet the eligibility requirements for the Offer, Evie will provide you with a $20 voucher that is redeemable on your charges across Evie’s network as follows:

• the voucher is issued in this original offer email for the account holder to apply in the Evie app.

• the voucher must be activated in the Evie App prior to use;

• the voucher must be redeemed by 31 October 2024 by activating it in the Evie App and is valid for one month after activation. It can be used for multiple charging sessions until the total value is exhausted or until it expires, whichever comes first.

• any balance remaining after the voucher expires will be automatically forfeited by you;

• the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; and

• the voucher may be subject to other terms and conditions.
