This is a SEALED pack of 4 staffed stamped promo cards. The cards inside are the same 4 that were available in the prerelease kits but stamped with the golden STAFF note on the lower left corner of the photo. Staff stamped promos are only available to staff who participated in hosting or judging the prerelease events or by purchase on selling apps. These are not available in stores! I staffed many events during this pre-release so I have many left over! Good luck for you!
