Dollaroo.com.au is a third-party advertiser for coupons and deals from across the web. We do not have direct relationships with the merchants or their online stores. Once you click on an offer you are taken to the merchant website to complete your transaction. If you need help with something you purchased, something you need to return, a defective item, charge disputes, etc., you must contact the merchant. Please review your receipt, confirmation email, or package label to determine who you purchased from, and contact that merchant directly.

Does Dollaroo.com.au cost me anything?

Dollaroo.com.au is a completely free service—we don’t charge you a dime when you search our site, open an account, join our mailing list, or download our Extension.

Does Dollaroo.com.au share my information when I open an account?

We value our users’ privacy and trust above all else. That’s why we never rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to provide products or services you’ve requested when we have your permission. How do I reset my Dollaroo.com.au user password?

You can easily reset your password here. Enter your email address or user name, and we’ll send a temporary password to the email address listed on your account.

How do I use coupon codes?

When ordering services or products online, companies and stores often provide special online coupon or promo codes for discounts you can apply to your purchase during checkout. Look for an input box labeled “coupon code”, “discount code”, or another variation, and paste or type the code you found on Dollaroo.com.au in the text field.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

There are two ways you can update your email settings or unsubscribe from our emails entirely:

To unsubscribe via email: Scroll down to the bottom of one of our emails, and click the “safely unsubscribe” link to view all of your email subscriptions. If you want to unsubscribe from all Dollaroo.com.au emails, click the “Unsubscribe from All” link. Your request will process automatically.

To unsubscribe through your account: Sign into your account, go to the Settings page, and scroll down to the Email Settings section at the bottom. There, you’ll be able to choose how often you want to receive emails by selecting one of two options:

  • Daily. Select this option to receive Today’s Best Offers and alerts via email each day.
  • Never. Select this option to unsubscribe from all Dollaroo.com.au emails entirely.

How do I stop receiving browser alerts for Offers?

If you are seeing alerts for discounts and deals when you shop online, that means you’ve installed our Chrome Extension. To remove the Extension and stop these alerts, right-click the browser button by the URL bar and click “Remove from Chrome…”.

How do I submit an Offer?

If you’ve found a great deal, promo, discount, coupon, or sale you want to share with us, visit our Add an Offer page.

I added an Offer. Why hasn’t it shown up?

Every Offer we feature on our site has to pass through our thorough testing process. Once an Offer has been verified, rated, and approved, it will show up on our site.

Can I contact Dollaroo.com.au’s customer service about my purchases?

Dollaroo.com.au does not directly sell any products or services. Any Offers found on the Dollaroo.com.au site are fulfilled, shipped and/or downloaded from the company or online retailer that is linked to Dollaroo.com.au. If you have any issues with any product or service rendered, we suggest you contact the store with whom you placed the order.

What payment options do I have if I buy something from a store or company?

Since Dollaroo.com.au is not involved in processing any transactions, any payment terms come directly from third-party merchants and consequently will vary by merchant. Most merchants accept payment by credit (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal.

I have a question about payment, or shipping. Who do I talk to?

You should contact the retailer or merchant directly if you have any issues with your order, payment, or shipping. Please review your receipt, confirmation email, or package label to determine who you purchased from, and contact that merchant directly.
