Vineyard: This Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard just outside the town of Auburn in the Clare Valley wine region.

Winemaking: 100% stainless steel fermentation.

Nose: The nose is beautifully balanced with a hint of orange blossom, lime leaf, and underlying stone fruits.

Palate: The palate offers the ripest of limes and yellow melons with a lively crisp acidity. This classic Clare Valley Riesling is dry and refreshing with the perfect finish.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2028

93 Points – Wine Orbit, 2024 Pristine and bright, the delicately fragrant bouquet shows crunchy apple, lemon sorbet and green tea aromas, followed by a finely expressed palate offering sleek mouthfeel combined with juicy acidity, finishing splendidly long and crisp-dry.

91 points – Wine Pilot, 2023. “The fruit here was sourced from near the town of Auburn in the Clare Valley, 100% fermentation in stainless-steel, as one would expect. A very pale yellow hue, the nose is a mix with hints of citrus, limes, minerals, riverstones, and florals. An attractive, easy-drinking style. Relatively simple but delicious drinking. There is a nice line of acidity. Hints of grapefruit on the palate. The finish lingers well. Enjoy now and for the next five years.”
