Finally some cheap Philly cheese.
Sale starts tomorrow at what looks like all IGAs.
Stock up now for Christmas cheesecakes/desserts/sushi. They usually have a great shelf life.
Aside – I’ve been using homebrand in the meantime (have found IGA black and gold (nonspreadable but in tubs) the cheapest alternative and least annoying to unwrap), all recipes always recommend philly as being the gold standard, but does anyone actually notice a legit difference?
